I've known that for a while. It's not going to be a club, it's going to be an elegant reception of fine food, wine and dancing to the jazz standards. </span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana;">Having said all of this, I would like to have cocktails and not just wine, as everyone doesn't like wine. The dilemma here is that I don't want to have beer! I don't know how many wedding photos I've seen with guests holding beer bottles or cups of beer and it just looks trailer trash! I hate it! So now I face the problem of confusing guests by having mixed drinks but not beer, or narrowing my options to just wine. </span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: verdana;">My newest idea is to have passed drinks during the cocktail reception to take out the bartender, and therefore, the beer. Red and White Sangria, I think, would be beautiful.
